CREATIVE TIME

I have no more time for people who interfere with my primary purpose on this Earth and in this life. I really don’t, and I am prepared to have these people speak ill of me, dislike me, and not invite me for dinner, even on Holidays.

OPINIONS

When I used to go out on commercial auditions I would have all of my costumes for the day in the trunk of my car. After each audition I would change in the street in preparation for the next audition. People would drive by and give me looks, and I always felt sorry for them, that they had to cling so desperately to their view of the world, to the right and wrong of changing in the street. Now I realize that there was nothing wrong with these people, or with me, or with anyone. We are who we are and do what we do and a deeper understanding of what is essentially true will always eludes us.

OUR DRUG OF CHOICE

Acting is our drug of choice. But unlike any other drug, we’ll never outgrow this drug, we’ll never recover from it, and there’s no rehab in the world that will make us stop indulging in it.
